Management shall:
- Plan, implement and monitor HSE Program
- Promote the understanding of HSE as an integral component of all aspects of work
- Provide a healthy, safe and environment friendly workplace.
- Accountable for any incident at work site.
- Arrange internal safety inspection / audit for continual improvement.
Workers and
subcontractors shall share the responsibility to:
- Work in a safe and healthy manner without damaging the environment
- Encourage others to work in a healthy and safe manner
- Cooperate with PCL management to support the promotion of HSE in the workplace
